In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on vip787, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be an individual natural person — corporate entities and automated agents may not register.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. vip787 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the depositing payment method where feasible, and the matter referred to our compliance team.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. vip787 is operated and marketed for the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law is your sole responsibility to assess.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by vip787 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• Your Account must not have been previously suspended, terminated, or self-excluded by vip787 for any reason.

Registration on the Platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their current version. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is entitled to hold exactly one Account on vip787. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different email address, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. vip787 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and document comparison to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all Accounts will be suspended and outstanding balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number that you own and control. vip787 may request additional documentary evidence of any registered detail at any time.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. vip787 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is deemed authorised by you. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC and Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, vip787 will request identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued identity card (KTP), proof of residential address, and — where applicable — documentation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of the initial request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vip787 support. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no pending investigations are active.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vip787 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (local bank transfers), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts, though elevated transaction volumes may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. vip787 does not charge any fee on deposits. Bank or e-wallet provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the depositing player.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours (08:00 – 23:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing window. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, or to an account verified to belong to the registered player. vip787 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to new payment methods.

4.5 No Fees on Withdrawals. vip787 does not charge any internal processing fee on withdrawals. Receiving bank or e-wallet fees, if applicable under the provider's own fee schedule, are the Player's responsibility.

4.6 Deposit Reversal. Should a deposit be credited and then reversed by a payment provider, or found to have been funded through fraudulent means, vip787 reserves the right to void any wagers placed using that credit and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by vip787 are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms supplement and do not replace these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered in full accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal may be made from the associated balance. For example, a bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement on a deposit of Rp 200.000 requires total bets of Rp 2.000.000 before withdrawal of winnings is permitted.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). 5.4 Bonus Abuse. vip787 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, vip787 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the Account.

5.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Duplicate claims will be voided.

5.6 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All bets placed on vip787's sportsbook are subject to acceptance by vip787. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager without prior notice, including where odds were published in error, where a market is suspended, or where a bet appears to exploit a system error.

6.3 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by certified third-party random number generation systems. Results are final once published. Disputes regarding togel results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw.

6.4 Live Casino. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vip787 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple Accounts or registering using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or odds feed delays to place wagers with an unfair informational advantage (commonly known as "arbing" or "scalping" against vip787's own book).
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financially illicit activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant compliance bodies.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vip787 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's Account or to any backend systems of vip787.

10.1 Platform Availability. vip787 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible. vip787 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection interruptions, or technical faults outside our reasonable control.

10.2 Wagering Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. vip787 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through lawful wagering activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk and with funds you can afford to lose.

10.3 Third-Party Services. vip787 is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data feed providers where such failures are outside vip787's direct control.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip787's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Consequential Loss Exclusion. vip787 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, howsoever arising.

vip787 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of vip787's international operating licence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

12.3 Indonesian Players. Nothing in this clause shall deprive Indonesian residents of protections afforded to them as consumers under applicable Indonesian law that cannot be contractually excluded. vip787 recognises its responsibility to Indonesian players and endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

vip787 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any remaining balance.
